Position OverviewAs a key member of our Sales Team, the Sales Consultant plays an integral role in delivering an exceptional car-buying experience. This position works closely with Sales Managers, the Finance Manager, and customers to ensure a smooth and professional sales process. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the automotive industry.

- Greet customers upon arrival and create a welcoming dealership experience
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, inventory, and financing options
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of dealership inventory and new vehicle models
- Stay current on industry trends and product updates
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and dealership events
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Bilingual skills (preferred, not required)
- Strong math and negotiation skills
- Professional demeanor with a confident, positive attitude
- Self-starter with strong initiative and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
