We're looking for an Event Marketing Assistant to bring that same hospitality instinct to a new setting: representing well-known brands face-to-face at events and retail locations across Washington, DC.

In hospitality, you're always  on  - greeting people, managing multiple conversations, and making decisions on the spot. This role uses those same instincts, just without the late nights and holiday shifts. You'll spend your day engaging customers directly, introducing them to products and services, and guiding them through sign-ups or purchases, all while representing nationally recognized brands with the same professionalism you'd bring to a dining room or front desk.

• Engaging customers at retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns
• Representing client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Introducing customers to products and services through face-to-face conversations
• Answering questions and guiding customers through sign-up or purchase steps
• Building rapport and delivering a positive customer experience
• Working with a team toward shared sales goals

• Comfortable staying friendly and composed in fast-paced, people-facing settings
• Strong communication skills
• A positive, approachable attitude
• Self-motivated and eager to learn something new
• Hospitality, restaurant, or hotel experience is a plus - not required
• Able to work on-site in Washington, DC
