If you have telemarketing or call center experience and know how to control a conversation, handle objections, and book appointments—this is where you can maximize your earning potential.

fresh inbound inquiries daily - Use proven scripts to overcome objections and lock in appointments
- Set appointments for free in-home energy evaluations (no hard selling)
- Hit daily/weekly booking targets and maximize commission
- $15–$20/hour base (1099)
- Aggressive commission structure (up to $150 per appointment)
- Performance bonuses + year-end volume incentives
