$60,000 base plus uncapped commission, paid licensing and structured sales training.

We are a national mortgage lender serving veterans and their families. This sales role is based in Fulton, Maryland, serving the Washington DC-Baltimore market.

$60,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commission and performance incentives. Paid mortgage licensing and training, qualified leads, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.

Speak with veterans about financial goals, present mortgage solutions by phone, manage qualified leads, and guide loans from initial contact through closing. Work with processing and underwriting teams, obtain company-sponsored licensing, and meet sales goals.

• Bachelor’s degree or graduating this year
• strong verbal and written communication
• coachability and motivation
• ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced team and maintain a flexible schedule
• Sales or customer-facing experience and a history of meeting goals are preferred
