Requirements- A strong interest in becoming a qualified electrician.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a hands-on environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn.
- Ability to get to Castle Hill base each morning.
- White Card (Construction Induction) required.
- Completed or currently enrolled in a Certificate II in Electrotechnology (bonus, not essential).
- Full-time paid apprenticeship
- Mentorship and on-the-job training
- Support with TAFE and practical learning
- Opportunities for long-term career growth

- Assisting licensed electricians with installations, repairs & maintenance
- Learning how to read electrical plans & follow Australian electrical standards
