We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Services Technician to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is self-motivated, and has hands‑on experience in general building maintenance, especially in plumbing and electrical systems.

The successful candidate will travel to various job sites, performing maintenance, repairs, and small installations. You must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across residential and/or commercial properties
• Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing and electrical issues
• Carry out small installations, such as lighting fixtures, faucets, and appliances
• Handle general carpentry, drywall patching, painting, and other repair tasks as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all job sites
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members about job progress or issues
• Maintain records of materials used and time spent on each job
• Travel daily to various sites within the region

• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or similar role
• Basic to intermediate plumbing and electrical skills
• Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
• Must provide own reliable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license
• Basic hand and power tools required (larger tools provided as needed)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
