Carpenter Remodeler (full or part-time)
Paul Davis seeking a full-time or part-time skilled Carpenter Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in residential remodeling. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople.
What does a Carpenter Remodeler with Paul Davis do?
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, metal studs, drywall, and other materials.
Complete all aspects of general home improvements/remodels including, but not limited to, drywall, paint, tiling, install flooring (hard wood, LVP, carpet, etc.), and general carpentry.
Fabricate custom components as needed for specific projects.
Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
Skilled in fabricating custom components using various materials.
Improves the community by serving others
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems

Skills Desired of Team Member:
5+ years minimum experience in general carpentry
Experienced with drywalling, tiling, painting, flooring (various materials), and other general home improvements/remodeling.
Understanding of Maryland Residential Building Codes (IRC 2021)
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the site
Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
