We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our mining team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll operate key equipment like front‑end loaders, dozers, haul trucks, and excavators to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

• Safely operate heavy equipment in a mining or production environment.
• Perform basic inspections and maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Support your team by jumping in where needed and solving problems on the fly.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers and supervisors.
• Keep safety front and center—every task, every time.

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment (front‑end loader, dozer, haul truck, etc.).
• Experience in a mining or construction environment is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime and some weekends when required.
• Comfortable working outdoors year‑round.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures.
