Commercial Handyman Technician

Maximum Handyman, LLC is a bonded, licensed, and insured small business headquartered in Maryland that has been offering full handyman, remodeling, maintenance, and repair services exclusively to the commercial sector since 2008.

We are looking for a dedicated Building Repairer to work full‑time as a remote/on‑the‑road craftsman and repairman across the mid‑Atlantic region (PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV).

• Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks including asphalt and concrete patching, brickwork, light electrical work, laminate fabrication, caulk, spackle, painting, tile work, commercial doors, framing, drywall, and plumbing fixtures.
• Operate a company van, maintaining its cleanliness and ensuring all tools and equipment are organized.
• Complete job paperwork and reporting via smartphone.
• Perform occasional weekend, night, and overtime jobs as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multiple areas of repair.
• Clean criminal record and no substance abuse.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English and U.S. work authorization.
• Safety‑minded with mandatory safety toe shoes and PPE.

Full‑time;
Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend, night, and overtime work). All travel is on the clock. The position is located in a company vehicle “on the road.”

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour to start. Bi‑weekly pay with a 90‑day evaluation period for potential pay increase.
