CT/HX is looking for a Cooling Tower Helper to join our Hanover, MD team! This position will assist our team leads with current and new projects, and improve workflow efficiency through teamwork and great communication. If interested, please apply!

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to demonstrate proper and basic power and hand tool knowledge and usage
• Must be willing to learn from others around them in proper field techniques and skills
• Completion of jobs in a timely manner that satisfies the customer
• Willingness to learn this trade and the skills that come with it to be a valued employee
• Will need to occasionally work out of town as well as overtime and weekends (scheduled in advanced)
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to work in tight spaces, from heights and ladders
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Be willing to work in different weather conditions: heat, cold, light rain, snow
• Must adhere to all company safety policies and wear proper PPE at all times

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 10 or 30 (Not required! But beneficial)

Job Type:

• Full-Time

Base Pay:

• $20/Hr - $27/Hr
• Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, a number of factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
