Window Film Installer - Team Leader

AP Corp is one of the fastest-growing window film and graphics companies on the East Coast, and we’re expanding our Maryland operations team with an Experienced Architectural Window Film Installer

You’ll be responsible for installing architectural window film on residential and commercial projects — from high-end homes to corporate buildings. We’re especially looking for someone with experience in safety and security film installations (or the desire to master it).

This position isn’t just about film — it’s about ownership
. You’ll work closely with our Field Operations Manager and Project Management team, helping ensure every job runs smoothly, efficiently, and up to AP standards. For the right person, this role is a pathway to leadership within our operations department.

  You’ve installed architectural window film a minimum of 3 years — residential and/or commercial.

• Bonus points if you’ve worked with safety and security film
  , attachment systems, or large‑scale glazing.

Must have a minimum 3 years of previous Window Film & Graphics Experience

• Self‑motivated

• Mechanically inclined.

• Knowledge of power and hand tools

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Attention to detail and an eye for consistency.
