Trillium Staffing is seeking skilled individuals for Railcar Repair Technician positions.

This role involves working Monday-Thursday from 6:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., with potential overtime. The starting pay rate is $22 per hour for candidates without railcar experience, with a potential raise after 90 days. For candidates with railcar experience, the pay is $25+ per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

Reading maintenance instructions, blueprints, and manuals.

Passing all pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.

Possessing a valid Driver’s License.
