AP Corp is one of the fastest-growing window film and graphics companies on the East Coast. We’re expanding our Maryland operations team with an Experienced Architectural Window Film Installer who can take ownership and lead to the next level.

You will install architectural window film on residential and commercial projects, from high‑end homes to corporate buildings, with a focus on safety and security film installations.

As a Team Leader, you’ll work closely with the Field Operations Manager and Project Management team, ensuring every job runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets AP Corp standards. This position is a pathway to leadership within our operations department.

• Minimum 3 years of experience installing architectural window film (residential and/or commercial).
• Experience or strong desire with safety and security film, attachment systems, or large‑scale glazing.
• Leadership potential: natural problem solver, calm under pressure, consistent work ethic.
• Driven, decisive, competitive, and dedicated to completing assignments.
• Independent operator who runs projects with pride.
• Team‑first attitude; leadership is service and example, not ego.

• Self‑motivated and mechanically inclined.
• Knowledge of power and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• Minimum 3 years of window film & graphics experience.
• Window film installation: 2+ years (required).

• $26/hr + 13.5% of completed work.
