In this position, you’ll be an integral part of our field operations, providing essential support across a wide range of construction, mechanical, and industrial projects. This is a hands‑on position that combines your mechanical know‑how with your general understanding of construction trades, making each day different and exciting. You’ll have the chance to work on projects across diverse industries, including construction, manufacturing, power plants, oil and gas, wind energy, solar, and more.

Expect a dynamic work environment where flexibility is important, as your role may involve extensive travel, out‑of‑town assignments, and a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and sometimes night shifts.
- Perform concrete work, rebar, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, rigging, excavation, ditching, trenching, and general labor as required.
- Perform structural steel installation.
- Operate basic machinery such as a man‑lift, scissor lift, forklift, etc.
- Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, plumb bobs, etc.
- Assemble machinery and bolts, welds, rivets, or otherwise fasten them to foundation or other structures.
- Sit, talk, hear, read, and write.
- Regularly walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Perform duties on‑site and underground at industrial locations.
- Work in extreme temperature conditions and environments.
- Perform work at a variety of heights.
- 2+ years of relevant mechanical, construction, pipe insulation, or solar installation experience preferred.
- Possesses a mechanical aptitude with prior experience in commercial/industrial mechanical fields.
- Proficient in setting bearings, performing alignments, setting structural steel, etc. preferred.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Proficient with using basic hand tools.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
