Villa Builders is looking for a Junior Carpenter / Apprentice who is dependable, motivated to learn, and excited to develop practical carpentry skills on real residential remodeling projects.

This is an opportunity for someone who may be early in their construction career but wants to learn from experienced professionals and grow into a skilled carpenter over time.

What You’ll Do

You will work alongside the Villa Builders team to support residential remodeling projects throughout the area. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with carpentry and general jobsite tasks
• Learning and developing residential carpentry skills
• Helping experienced carpenters with daily project work
• Picking up materials and supplies as needed
• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
• Keeping jobsites clean, safe, and organized
• Following daily instructions and completing assigned tasks
• Using basic hand and power tools as your skills develop
• Learning how residential remodeling projects are built from start to finish
• Taking on more advanced carpentry responsibilities as your skills grow

What We’re Looking For

We’re more interested in your work ethic, reliability, and desire to learn than having years of experience.

You should:

• Have a genuine interest in learning carpentry and residential construction
• Be dependable and consistently show up on time
• Be comfortable working with your hands and performing physical jobsite work
• Be willing to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members
• Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Be comfortable driving to pick up materials and supplies when needed
• Take pride in doing quality work and keeping the jobsite organized
• Be willing to start with basic tasks and take on greater responsibility as you develop

Previous construction experience is helpful but not required. We are open to candidates who are new to the trade but demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and interest in building a career in carpentry.
