We are seeking a dependable and motivated Foreman-in-Training to join our construction team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who wants to learn new skills, take on more responsibility, and grow into a leadership role.

You will receive supportive, hands-on training from experienced team members. We will teach you about our products, installation methods, job-site coordination, and how to lead a crew successfully. You do not need to know everything on your first day- we are looking for someone with a strong foundation who is willing to learn and grow.

• Perform carpentry and concrete-related work
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Assist with daily job-site activities and installations
• Follow plans, instructions, and safety procedures
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and productive job site
• Learn our products and installation methods
• Gradually develop the skills needed to plan work and lead a crew
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Take on additional responsibilities as your skills develop

• Previous carpentry and concrete experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Willingness to learn and accept responsibility
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Interest in developing leadership skills

• $32.50 per hour
