Nor Cal Builders is hiring a Working Foreman for commercial construction in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will perform journeyman carpentry alongside your crew while also owning scheduling, quality control, material coordination, and day-to-day supervision on site.
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years supervising carpentry crews, strong problem-solving on site, and proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and read plans.
