Residential Program Manager – Aspire Living & Learning
Join the mission‑driven team at Aspire Living & Learning, where for over 40 years we empower neurodiverse children and adults to live independently and pursue their passions. As Residential Program Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring clinical and medical services meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities• Mentor, develop, and supervise shift supervisors and direct‑care staff.
• Ensure adherence to all DDS, funding agency, and state regulations.
• Maintain staffing schedules and assist with writing clinical and ISP assessments.
• Assume on‑call responsibilities as required.
• Assist and instruct residents in daily living skills, behavioral/habilitative plans, medical, psychiatric, and socio‑emotional needs.
• Administer medication when required and provide in‑house and agency‑contracted training and consultation services.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines and collaborate with the People Team to implement corrective action when necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Basic computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!
- Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.
- Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving experience.
