Overview

CentrePointe Counseling is growing. We are currently seeking licensed mental health professionals (LCPCs, LGPCs, LCSW-Cs, LMSWs, LCMFTs) who are interested in working as Resident W-2 Counselors at one of our 20+ offices throughout Maryland and DC, as well as by telehealth. All available positions are commission-based with opportunities to build full or part-time caseloads. We are a non-profit organization, whose 20+ counselors work to provide quality, affordable counseling to all, including those in need.

Counselors also have opportunities to speak at workshops/seminars, and to provide group sessions.

Our Mission at Centrepointe Counseling is to provide Christ-centered, professional counseling and consultation services that work for the transformation of individuals, families, and organizations. We work to create a ripple effect of change in thinking, believing, and acting.

• Provide individual and family counseling services in your area(s) of expertise.
• Work a minimum of 15 client hours per week (plus once a month staff meeting).
• Effectively integrate Christian/Pastoral Counseling into clinical interventions.
• Possess skills to self-start and work independently.
• Receive supervision from supervisor/peers and collaborate with skilled staff team.
• Perform administrative tasks: maintaining electronic health records, scheduling, and accepting calls from potential clients.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills for interactions with clients, churches and communities, and referral sources.
• Independently advertise and build relationships in the community.
• Maintain current knowledge on ethics/laws and current license for the State of Maryland, and optionally for DC or Virginia, as a LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, LCMFT.

  Master's (Required).
• License/Certification: LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, LMSW, LPC, LGMFT, LCMFT (Required).

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  10 hour shift; 12 hour shift; 4 hour shift; 8 hour shift;
  Day shift;
  Evening shift;
  Monday to Friday
