Python AI/ML Prototype Developer - Senior - CLEARANCE and POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

Payment: $175,000 – $212,000 per year (Base pay range)

Required skills: Python (Sci Kit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch), R, Git, Jupyter Notebooks, and knowledge of relational databases.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• At least eight (8) years of direct/relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, or four (4) years of additional relevant experience to substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Collaborate closely with customers to accelerate evaluation and tuning of machine‑learning models, integrating and consolidating data into a holistic view.
• Creatively write and evolve prototype techniques using diverse architecture and methods.
• Provide database administration, data‑flow engineering, data wrangling, and model development.

• Proficiency in augmenting, providing context, or fine‑tuning large language models for generative tasks using approaches such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
