Software Engineer Security Clearance

Position: Software Engineer with Security Clearance
Location: Hanover

Overview Big Bear.ai is seeking a Software Engineer to work with a team of developers to support enterprise web applications across multiple fabrics.

The candidate will develops and supports Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. The position is hybrid and will be located in Hanover, MD. What you will do
* Provide input throughout the software lifecycle to include testing
* Implement new features, capabilities and address defects.
* Define, manage, and deliver capabilities within an existing team What you need to have
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines is required.
* Clearance:

TS/SCI w/Poly
* 8+ years of software engineering experience is required. 3+ years' work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains is required.
* 4+ years of software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, for a total of 12 years.
* Java Development Experience
* Ability to review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results and correct code as needed
* Experience Performing Development in the eVo environment to include familiarity and use of tools in the environment (Grey Box, Spring, Docker etc.)
* Use of Gitlab, CI/CD, build pipelines
* Understanding of Full Stack development What we'd like you to have

* Perform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements
* Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application
* Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.
* Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML
* Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
* Experience with engaging with leadership, customers, and interfacing teams.
