This candidate will be primarily focused developing, deploying, maintaining, and adding functionality to complex and diverse software systems, including, but not limited to, real-time systems, embedded software device programming, developing novel algorithms, etc.

• Seven (7) years of relevant experience AND a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related scientific or technical field from an accredited college or university
• Utilize software development and software design to develop, maintain, and enhance complex/diverse software systems based on project requirements
• Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document results
• Understand software component design and provide input, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, etc.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, customer service, oral and written communication, and problem solving
• Excellent communication skills with team and clients (both written and verbal communications)
• Team-based collaborative abilities
• Resourceful in terms of problem solving and troubleshooting
