Middle​/Senior QA Automation Engineer

Paybis, a leading cryptocurrency exchange company, is currently looking for an Automation QA Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with experience in automation testing.

As an Automation QA Engineer at Paybis, you will work closely with our development team to ensure the quality of our platform. You will be responsible for test cases automation, reporting defects, analyzing of failed automated tests and verifying bug fixes. You will also be responsible for maintaining test documentation and ensuring that our testing processes are efficient and effective.

• Conduct functional and regression testing for client applications.
• Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
• Collaborate with the development team to discuss requirements, identify bugs, and prioritize them.
• Use Developer Tools to analyze application behavior and identify issues.
• Participate in UI test automation using Selenide and JUnit.
• Develop and maintain automated API tests using Rest Assured.
• Configure and execute test runs in Git Lab CI/CD pipelines.
• Generate and analyze test reports in Allure Test Ops.
• Maintain high-quality user interfaces, and identify, and document usability issues.
• Basic knowledge of testing theory (types of testing, bug lifecycle).
• Experience with test management tools and bug-tracking systems (JIRA, Allure Test Ops, or similar).
• Ability to use Developer Tools (inspector, console, network) for issue analysis and diagnostics.
• Understanding of client-server architecture principles (REST).
• Experience in test automation using Java + Selenide + JUnit or similar.
• Experience with API testing using Rest Assured or similar.
• Perform database queries and data validation using Java.
• Familiarity with Gradle/Maven as a build automation tool.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience working with Git Lab CI/CD.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify issues in front-end and back-end.
• Willingness to work in a team and grow under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Experience in fintech or an interest in cryptocurrencies.
• Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
