• Warehouse and Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $21.50 per Hour
• PM Shift Pay: $1.00 per Hour shift differential
• Yard Pay: $7.00 shift differential for yard work
• Hours per week: 40 + hours per week

• Primarily responsible for safely handling and maneuvering tractor trailers on the yard, but cannot drive on public roads.
• Position requires compliance with safety & DOT regulations, continuous training, and customer service.

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Maintaining accurate move and yard inventory records; other tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must have verifiable driving experience in "like" equipment:
  • 9 months experience in the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a yard driver examination.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

• Paid Personal Time Off starts at day 1 – 80 hours accrued in first year.
• Do not lose Paid Personal Time Policy – we encourage you to use vacation time earned; if you decide not to use it, we pay you the remaining balance at your hourly pay rate.
