Our warehouse fulfillment specialists receive shipments, maintain inventory, and process orders for client operations. The ideal candidates will prioritize efficient operations, safety, and attention to detail. Candidates who will be considered must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary Public Trust clearance for this position.
- Pay Rate: $20-$30 per hour, based on previous experience

Hanover, MD (on-site) - Warehouse Days &
Hours:
Monday – Friday; 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Receive all shipments, control, and track their location, and maintain accurate inventory.
- Execute inventory management, order processing, and shipping coordination.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders, maintaining a high level of precision to meet customer expectations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and related technologies to track inventory levels, update order statuses, and optimize warehouse processes.
- Perform quality checks, address order discrepancies, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace by adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- As security clearance may be required, all applicants should be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of distribution and/or warehouse fulfillment experience
- Prior experience with heavy machinery or forklifts is highly desired
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency
- Must be a U.S. citizen
