Ryder is immediately hiring a Warehouse Inventory Clerk/Cycle Counter in Port Deposit, Maryland. The position is a first–shift role with a weekly pay schedule.

• Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Sunday–Tuesday 6:00 am–6:00 pm;
  Wednesday 6:00 am–12:00 pm

• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment such as an order picker or cherry picker

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• One year or more previous warehouse experience (preferred)
• One year or more experience operating forklift equipment (preferred)
• One year or more Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
• Equipment certification may be required depending on location
• Ability to read location, date and product codes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team orientation and independent work ability
• Multi‑tasking, highly organized and excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary
• Provide floor support to supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Perform other duties as assigned
