IT Warehouse Associate

The IT Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate receipt, picking, packing, stocking, shipping, and inventory management of IT and retail client equipment daily. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely shipments, and excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, pick, pack, stock, count, and ship inventory daily with exceptional attention to detail.
• Serve as a point of contact (POC) and subject matter expert (SME) for Managers and Field Technicians regarding inventory, SIMS, and RMS systems.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all transactions within the inventory management system.
• Assist ROC Inventory Supervisor/ICS Leads with coordination of projects for external customers.
• Perform inventory and cycle counts according to warehouse and fleet schedules.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform other business-related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, general computer skills, and data entry.
• Basic math skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to obtain internal forklift certification.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle shifting priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for the majority of an 8-hour shift.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly sit, talk, hear, and operate standard office equipment.
• Frequently walk, stand, and move about the warehouse.
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs.
• Visual acuity to perform detailed work.
• Frequent lifting of IT devices ranging from 1 lb. to 75 lbs.
