Job Summary

Fed Ex is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator – Entry Level Operations Support to join our fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily warehouse operations by coordinating inventory flow, monitoring processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. • Support daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipment coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and update warehouse management systems accurately.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and operational reporting.
• Coordinate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and transportation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Identify operational issues and escalate concerns to supervisors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Fed Ex safety standards, policies, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records related to inventory, shipping, and warehouse activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus).
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and operational processes.

• Entry-level position; prior warehouse, logistics, or operations experience is an advantage but not required.
• Training will be provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Full-time position.
• Shifts may include mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts is required.

• Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
