** Job Description/ Objective
** The Warehouse Selector sets the foundation for Spectrum Foods’ success. For the current position, we are seeking candidates who are available to work
** Sunday through Friday**, starting at
** 5:00 PM and continuing until all assigned work is completed**. Shift end times may vary depending on daily workload and operational needs.
Warehouse employees are responsible for preparing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse operations. After meal breaks, employees may continue pulling orders or be assigned additional job functions that help the company maintain internal standards, comply with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations, and prepare for the next day's operations. Specific warehouse functions will be assigned at the discretion of management.###
** Responsibilities
* ** Pull inventory from stock locations and bring products to the shipping area for customer deliveries.
* Lift items and cases of product safely to minimize injury while efficiently meeting customer and business needs.
* Prepare orders for delivery by restacking and shrink-wrapping pallets to ensure safe transportation
* Follow management direction to prioritize customer needs and provide excellent service
* Restock inventory following shipments to prepare for future orders
* Work in accordance with food safety standards and best practices
* Be available for overtime, including unscheduled overtime when business needs require it.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse management
This position requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where daily schedules may vary based on customer demand and production needs.## Qualifications Ability to work in the United States of America and be E-Verified.
· Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
· Ability to successfully follow directions and assignments as given by management.
· Ability to work effectively with others and as a member of a team or leader.
· Ability to lift up to 75 LBS.
· Ability to reach and lift products, in some situations, above your head safely.
· Ability to squat and lift products, in some situations, from the ground safely.
· Ability to safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT).
· Ability to work in different environments (hot, refrigerated, freezing, wet, etc.).
· Ability to adapt to unique and different situations and work well under stress.
· Ability to remain on your feet, whether walking or standing in the same area, for up to 6-8 hours a day.

* ** While not required for the job, the following requirements are preferred.
· Warehouse Experience.
· Experience in the food service industry.
· High School Diploma or equivalent education (GED).
