We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our thriving and supportive school community. You will deliver high-quality teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where all children can flourish.

• Excellent classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of EYFS
• Ability to create a rich, play-based learning environment that inspires curiosity
• High expectations for all pupils and commitment to inclusion
• Strong knowledge of early language, phonics, and literacy development
• Effective teamwork and strong relationship-building with families
• Reflective, enthusiastic, and committed to professional growth

• Experience of Early Years leadership
• Experience as an English or Literacy Lead, or contributing to whole-school literacy development
• Passion for curriculum development and school improvement
