What You’ll Need
  • Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Registered Manager
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance requirements
  • Experience caring for older adults, including dementia care
  • Confidence leading teams and managing service performance
  • Experience improving or sustaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursing home
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and clinical standards
  • Provide clinical and operational leadership to the management and nursing teams
  • Monitor quality, safeguarding, and risk management across the service
