Nursing Home Manager

Clinical leadership, regulatory oversight, and team stability sit at the core of this Nursing Home Manager position. The home supports older adults with complex nursing and dementia needs and operates within a settled, dementia-friendly environment. This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary of up to £60,000.

• This role is not suitable for candidates without registered Nursing Home Manager experience.
• Applicants must be nurse qualified and confident managing a regulated nursing service.

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Registered Manager
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance requirements
• Experience caring for older adults, including dementia care
• Confidence leading teams and managing service performance
• Experience improving or sustaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursing home
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and clinical standards
• Provide clinical and operational leadership to the management and nursing teams
• Monitor quality, safeguarding, and risk management across the service
• Support staff development, performance, and retention
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and external professionals
