. Harbour Healthcare. An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Home Manager to join an established family-run Nursing & Residential Care provider, which operates 41 care homes in England and Wales. You will use your expertise to develop and sustain the Home, actively leading and supporting your team to deliver the highest standards of care for residents. You will build effective relationships with your team, residents, their relatives, and the local community.

We are looking for a Qualified Home Manager who has managed a minimum of a 60-bed home specializing in Dementia and General Nursing, with experience in leading and managing teams within a person-centred care environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background and a minimum of 3 years experience as a Home Manager, and be able to evidence CQC compliance with a published rating of good in the last 3 years.

• Level 5 in Leadership Management
