Position: Home Support Worker for Brightisle Clients
Brightisle needs a reliable Home Support Worker at Care Givers in Newfoundland and Labrador, dedicated to providing personal care for clients in their homes. Support their daily living needs and overall well-being.

Reporting to the Client Care Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include assisting individuals with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship. You will ensure a safe living environment, follow care plans, and promote clients’ mental health and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care like toileting and grooming

• Complete necessary housekeeping and meal prep

• Accompany clients to activities and medical appointments

• Document progress and report back to the care team

• Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Obtain Clear Criminal Record Screening and Vulnerable Sector Check

• Experience working with elderly or disabled clientele

• Current First Aid Certificate preferred

• Medical certificate of good health required
