Pay:$20–$30 per hour

We are seeking a caring and dependable
Paraprofessional to support students in a school-based setting. This role provides direct assistance to students who need additional academic, behavioral, or personal support to fully participate in their learning environment.

The Paraprofessional works under the direction of a credentialed teacher and school team to support student learning, safety, and engagement. This position may include academic support, behavior support, mobility assistance, and personal care depending on student needs outlined in an IEP or 504 plan.

• Support students individually or in small groups with academic activities

• Reinforce teacher instruction and classroom routines

• Assist students with transitions, mobility, and participation in school activities

• Provide behavior and emotional support as needed

• Assist with personal care (toileting, hygiene, feeding, dressing) when required

• Help maintain a safe, positive, and structured learning environment

• Track observations and communicate relevant information to the teacher and team

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• AA degree, 48 college units, or passing score on a Para exam preferred

• Experience working with children or in school settings is a plus

• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

• Ability to lift, reposition, or assist students safely if needed
