Location:

Marysville, Yuba‑Sutter County, Central California.

Leads the ultrasound department in delivering clear, accurate images and assists physicians in diagnosing.

Supervises and mentors ultrasound personnel, oversees quality assurance, and maintains equipment.

• High School Education/GED or equivalent:
  Required
• Associate’s or Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience:
  Preferred
• Diploma/certificate from an Ultrasound college/school:
  Required
• Three years’ sonography experience:
  Preferred

• American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification:
  Required
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Sonography:
  Preferred
• American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or CCI Registered Vascular Specialist (CCI RVS):
  Required

• Review daily ultrasound schedule, assign staffing, equipment, and supplies; prioritize emergent procedures, minimize patient waits, and optimize turnaround times.
• Operate ultrasound equipment, direct high‑frequency sound waves, capture quality images, summarize, document, verify, and present findings, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information; preserve patient image integrity while complying with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
• Supervise and mentor personnel, including orientation, training, development, scheduling, and performance improvement.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration of equipment, and manage supply inventory.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
