Registered Nurse – PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) in Marysville, CA. This travel assignment starts on 10/26/2026 and runs for 10 weeks, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. For the assignment, you will work a 4x10-hour shift schedule. The setting is a Short Term Acute Care Hospital. Weekly pay ranges from $2,174 to $2,334 per week. This position is for temporary travel within Healthforce Healthcare LLC’s network.

10/26/2026 - Facility/work setting:
Short Term Acute Care Hospital - EPIC experience required
- Provide bedside nursing care to PACU patients across the age range assigned to the unit, using the nursing process to guide care
- Monitor postoperative patients’ vital signs, airway status, respiratory function, and hemodynamics; administer and manage analgesia and antiemetics as ordered
- Collaborate with anesthesia providers and the surgical team to implement the postoperative plan of care and ensure patient safety
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress in the electronic medical record (EPIC); participate in discharge planning and patient/family education
- Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed or unlicensed staff according to scope of practice; maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
- Recognize changes in patient condition and respond promptly, escalating concerns per policy and protocol
- Active RN license in California (or state of practice)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required at time of hire
- EPIC experience required
- Demonstrated competency in dysrhythmia management during orientation (except for OB/NICU areas)
- At least two years of recent RN experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current state nursing license required
- Dedicated recruiter and 24/7 travel support
- Credentialing and onboarding assistance
- Ongoing assignment support from the agency
- Resources and guidance for EPIC charting and workflow
