Field Sales Representative – AT&T
We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our elite group of sales professionals. As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will bring customized, white‑glove experiences directly into customers’ homes. You will connect with customers, introduce the latest technology and services, and turn every interaction into an opportunity to achieve your sales goals. The role offers uncapped commission potential, with top earners able to bring in $100,000.

- Kick off with paid training to set you up for success working independently in the field. Coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech‑savvy.
- Connect with existing customers daily. AT&T will provide scheduled appointments, allowing you to engage with warm prospects effectively.
- Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make a smooth pivot and close the sale.
- 1+ year of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive – a company vehicle will be provided for official business use only.
- Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Salary range: $61,800 – $100,000, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. The starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary depends on meeting or exceeding all sales goals.
