Required Skills:

Valid RN license with current State credentials BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications Critical Access Hospital experience preferred Proven ability to handle high-acuity and busy ER settings Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with CPSI EMR system Additional certifications such as NRP or CEN Bilingual proficiency Preferred

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) highly desirable Minimum of 2 years of ER or critical care experience Prior experience working in a similar small community hospital environment Other Requirements:
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM 7 AM) Local travel accepted at the same pay rate Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Ability to work in a smoke-free campus environment Benefit from a highly competitive hourly pay rate of $53.60, weekly pay via direct deposit, and comprehensive medical benefits.
