• Summary of Job: The Reclaim Machine Operator is responsible for controlling and managing the reprocessing equipment used in the manufacturing process. Reclaim Operators must handle the stress of managing multiple tasks at once and prioritizing tasks based on the situation y may be trained on multiple pieces of machinery to enhance their knowledge of the facility’s operations.

• Manage controls and settings required to run equipment used in the production process.
• Monitor and evaluate unterstützt product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Report on production totals at the end of your shift, completing all required paperwork.
• Feed material into the grinder throughout your shift and demonstrate a general understanding of the grinding portion of the process.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers on any issues that arise during your shift.
• Maintain highest safety standards and perform required duties in emergency situations.
• Wear personal protective equipment in all designated areas.
• Problem solve with team members on processes to eliminate scrap and increase production.
• Assist in troubleshooting and operational decisions to maintain production levels consistent with daily goal of material expected.
