Requirements What you’ll do as the Service Technician (Mechanic) – European & Highline Vehicles:- Address the customer’s primary concern with accurate diagnosis, repair, and quality control, with a focus on European and highline makes such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, and other luxury brands
- Perform all repair work with efficiency and in accordance with dealership, state, and factory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation for timekeeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communication
- Deliver quality service that meets or exceeds company expectations and brand standards
- Accommodating and analytical mindset with a commitment to highly precise, detail-oriented work
- Accurate, methodical, and technically driven, with a strong desire to deepen expertise in European and high-performance vehicles
- Approachable and team-oriented, with a preference for hands-on, skill-based tasks
- Prior experience as an Automotive Technician (Mechanic), especially with European or highline vehicles, is highly preferred
- ASE or dealership/manufacturer certifications are highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license without restrictions
