Wedding Sales & Event Coordinator
Retreat 21 is looking for a Wedding Sales & Event Coordinator who thrives on connection, creativity, and hospitality. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, has confidence selling experiences (not just packages), and takes pride in executing beautiful, seamless events.
You’ll be the face of Retreat 21 for many of our couples — from first tour, to planning milestones, to wedding day execution — while also supporting corporate and social events at our venue and the Taphouse. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, creative, and excited to grow in the wedding and events industry, this role is for you.
This is a salaried position that requires working most weekends (with intentional balance and flexibility built in).
What You’ll Do Wedding Sales & Tours- Lead venue tours with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Build relationships with prospective couples and guide them through the booking process
- Follow up on leads and support sales efforts alongside leadership
- Execute weddings on-site with precision, calm, and hospitality
- Support couples through planning milestones and timelines
- Oversee event flow on wedding days to ensure a smooth, elevated guest experience
- Assist with floor plans, logistics, and vendor coordination as needed
- Host and support corporate, social, and private events at the venue and our Taphouse
- Serve as an on-site point of contact for non-wedding events.
- Assist the wedding marketing team with content creation and promotion
- Use Canva to help create social media graphics, stories, and simple marketing assets
- Support social media efforts by capturing behind-the-scenes moments, event highlights, and venue content
- Confident, professional, and comfortable leading tours and conversations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Naturally hospitable — you care deeply about guest and client experience
- Comfortable juggling multiple events, timelines, and priorities
- Creative with a good eye for design, branding, and aesthetics
- Familiar with Canva and social media platforms
- Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
- Excited to learn, grow, and evolve with a growing venue
Previous experience in weddings, events, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus — but we’re equally excited about the right attitude, work ethic, and growth mindset

- Full-time, salaried role
- Requires working some weekends (especially during wedding season)
