Job DescriptionManufacturing process expertise required. Experience in spot welding, MIG welding, riveting, adhesive & sealing, stud welding, material handling. Arc welding, hemming, clinching, laser welding, screwing is a plus. Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, kinematics, tool validation, weld distribution, work cell preparation, robot path planning. Hands‑on experience with Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA & ABB robots. Layout optimization, RCS, OLP, documentation, cycle‑time analysis a plus.
Responsibilities- Interact with client and stakeholders to gather inputs and understand requirements.
- Prepare tooling, fixture, and equipment mockups for manufacturing processes.
- Validate tools, weld spot distribution, prepare work cells, finalize weld guns, formulate robot paths.
- Manage complexity and adapt to changing project needs.
- Open to travel.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Proficiency in Process Simulate, Delmia V5, 3DX, and MS Office.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and robotics.
$90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
