Safety Specialist

We are seeking a Safety Specialist to apply scientific and practical knowledge in safety compliance, designing and improving systems, processes, equipment, and tools to enhance safety in alignment with operations, new models, and innovation efforts.

• Leading safety improvement projects and supporting plant themes
• Proactively cycling PDCA to reduce injuries and hazards
• Supporting safety culture through collaboration with department leaders and safety committees
• Interpreting and applying safety management policies and procedures
• Performing complex safety activities such as risk assessments and ergonomic studies
• Documenting safety activities, analyzing data, and reporting results
• Developing technical expertise and professional skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field
• 0-4 years of safety experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and data analysis skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and injury prevention strategies
• Experience with root cause analysis and implementing countermeasures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to plan and prioritize effectively
