American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking an Engineering Co-op/Intern for the Summer 2027 term in Marysville, OH. In this immersive engineering experience, you will support vehicle manufacturing, automation tooling, quality testing, or facilities infrastructure alongside professional mentors.

• Support process engineering, automated tooling installation, and new model maturation on the production floor.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and end-of-arm robotic equipment using 2D and 3D CAD software.
• Assist with physical component testing, data collection, and test report generation.
• Perform root cause analysis on assembly line defects and recommend technical countermeasures.
• Prepare project presentations and present outcomes to engineering managers and peers.

• Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Sophomore standing or above with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
• Available for full-time work (40 hours/week) for a minimum 10-week summer term.
• Foundational understanding of mechanical design, CAD, and manufacturing processes.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License, daily transportation, and legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
