Overview

Experience Support, Contingent role in the Patient Experience department. The position requires flexibility to serve as a Courier, Experience Concierge, or Parking and Courtesy Cart Attendant as needed when staff are absent.

• Maintain skills to support the Patient Experience department in varied capacities; be flexible to serve as Courier, Experience Concierge, or Parking and Courtesy Cart Attendant as needed.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills while providing coverage for any of the three positions. Parking and Courtesy Cart Attendant duties include patrolling/surveying the parking lot and attending to customer service needs.
• Provide transportation by golf cart, give instructions/directions, and assist with contacting additional resources when needed. Courier duties include operating vehicle and related equipment to pick up and deliver lab specimens, mail, dietary food, and supplies. Experience Concierge duties include welcoming guests and assisting with questions or requests.

• Hospitality or service industry experience preferred.
• Great attention to detail and creativity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification and food safety certification preferred.

Variable shifts with the latest shift ending at 8pm; weekend and holiday rotation required.
