Our clinicians treat a diverse range of diagnoses, including orthopedic conditions, athletes, industrial/return to work clients, cumulative trauma disorders CTD's, transitional work programs, functional capability evaluations, and ergonomic job coaching.

Your Role:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to work full-time at our Watson Wellness Center outpatient clinic in Marysville, OH, with occasional travel to East Liberty clinics. Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about helping others, committed to providing quality care, and has the flexibility to cover other locations on a needed basis.

• Assess and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, and sports-related conditions
• Develop individualized outpatient physical therapy plans of care to optimize patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and document treatment in Raintree EMR
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team initiatives

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with built-in time for documentation

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
