LPN/MA | Outpatient Care Facility | Urbana | up to $5,000 sign-on bonus. We are looking for an LPN/MA to join our primary care practice s is a Monday-Friday opportunity with offices being closed during the 6 major holidays (with pay). The current schedule is Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, with an hour lunch each day.

• In this role, a majority of your time will be spent in clinic assisting with patient care and triaging patients.
• Accompany patients to exam/procedure room; assisting patients as needed with walking, transfers, dressing, collecting specimens, preparing for exam, etc.
• Collecting & Document patient history in Epic.
• Assist physician with various procedures.

• Active LPN license and LPN degree.
