Overview

Minimum starting hourly rate of $14.45 per hour – $17.00 per hour. Full‑time position with consistent schedule and weekly pay.

• Provide friendlier, top‑notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores and customers' homes, securing new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Manage deliveries & pickups: safely load, unload, and install products while adhering to handling and transportation procedures and keeping vehicles clean and maintained.
• Maintain merchandising standards: keep the store inviting with organized products, thorough cleaning, and well‑displayed merchandise.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record – you will drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

The role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Frequent lifting and moving of heavy items is required. All safety guidelines must be followed.

Full‑time position:
Monday through Saturday, store open‑to‑close hours. Sunday off plus one additional weekday off. Hours may change as business needs dictate.
