Role Description

As our Senior Escrow Officer in Marysville, you’ll be a cornerstone of our Washington operations. You’ll manage escrow transactions with precision and care, build lasting relationships with clients and partners, and help shape the systems that support our continued growth.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Marysville, WA.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage Escrow Transactions from open to post-close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Prepare & Review Documents including settlement statements, deeds, and title commitments in accordance with Washington regulations.
• Balance Files & Disburse Funds with precision and integrity
• Coordinate with internal title staff to resolve complex title issues.
• Ensure Compliance with RESPA, Washington State law, and internal policies
• Communicate Proactively with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to keep all parties informed and confident.
• Acts as a neutral liaison between file parties, adheres to company policy, and monitors/mitigates risk to the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Support Business Development through excellent service and outreach.
• Collaborate on Process Improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance throughout.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Washington escrow procedures and legal requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office
• Positive, adaptable, and excited about contributing to a growing team
• Familiarity with escrow software (Res Ware, Soft Pro, or similar) preferred
• Washington State Limited Practice Officer (LPO) license (preferred)
