Job DescriptionCalling all who have a “passion for compassion” to join our team as a Behavior Technician! Do you have a passion for forging meaningful relationships? - Training in behavioral therapy that is person‑centered and trauma‑informed
- MEBS (multi‑element behavioral support) and PBS (positive behavioral support) systems

- Implement 1:1 direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home
- Collect ongoing data on clients’ programs
- Help build communication systems (AAC, PECS) with non‑verbal and emerging‑verbal clients
- Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to each individual’s unique needs
- Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
- Provide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessary
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
- HS diploma
- Experience working with children (personal or professional)
- WA state driver’s license
- Insured, reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry clients when needed
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients
- Ability to work M‑F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs
- Individuals who love working with children
- Candidates with a current CBT or RBT certification
- Experience in ABA
- Teacher aides or para educators (part‑time hours after school available)
- Direct support professionals and respite workers
- Anyone who loves working with people with disabilities or is interested in disability advocacy
