• Training in behavioral therapy that is person‑centered and trauma‑informed
• MEBS (multi‑element behavioral support) and PBS (positive behavioral support) systems

• Implement 1:1 direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home
• Collect ongoing data on clients’ programs
• Help build communication systems (AAC, PECS) with non‑verbal and emerging‑verbal clients
• Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to each individual’s unique needs
• Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
• Provide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessary
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions

• HS diploma
• Experience working with children (personal or professional)
• WA state driver’s license
• Insured, reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry clients when needed
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients
• Ability to work M‑F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs

• Individuals who love working with children
• Candidates with a current CBT or RBT certification
• Experience in ABA
• Teacher aides or para educators (part‑time hours after school available)
• Direct support professionals and respite workers
• Anyone who loves working with people with disabilities or is interested in disability advocacy
